Crocheting a Beautiful Scarf with Ochre and Vanilla Yarn


You’ll Need:
100g of ochre yarn (55% silk, 45% cotton; 145m/50g);
100g of vanilla yarn (97% cotton, 3% polyester; 125m/50g);
Crochet hook size 5.
Used Patterns
Pattern on 10 set-up sts: work according to the scheme and turn rows, as stated. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, and finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1st-5th rows x once, then repeat 2nd-5th rows.
Stitches Control
15.5 sts x 8 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Make 51 chain sts + 1 chain st increase with ochre yarn and work with pattern 4. In 90 cm from the set-up row, change to vanilla yarn. In 180 cm from the set-up row, finish your work. Fasten the edge of the scarf with 1 circular row of single crochets and 1 circular row of “shrimp stitch.”

What is a shrimp stitch? Why do you never explain what your stitches are? Does your puff stitch consist of 3? 4? 5? dcs?
It would be so helpful to have an actual pattern. I love many of your designs, but cannot figure most of them out.
