​Crochet Dress and Hat

You’ll need:

150g of white 100% cotton yarn (392m/100g);

Crochet hook 1,2.

Size: 9-12 months.

Dress

Start your work from upper part and crochet from up to down. Make 162 chain sts (the length of chain is about 50 cm), circle them in the ring. Make 9 circle rows of double crochets. Make every 2^nd crochet as 2 double crochets in the 10^th row. After that, work with double crochets for 17 cm more, then, make fringe due to the scheme. Fold the detail in half, mark back and front. Leave 8 cm from both sides in the center of front, then, make marks. Make 1 row of double crochets between marks. Work with double crochets from both sides of marks for 3 cm wide (= 10 double crochets) and 20 cm long. Start making decreases of 1 sr in every row from inwards at 18 cm height of strap. Then, leave 7,5 cm from both sides of the center of back and make marks. Make 1 row of double crochets between marks. Make straps in the same way, as for front, make decreases from one side. Fasten neck-hole and edges of straps with 1 row of single crochets.

Hat

Start from crown.

1^st row: make 7 chain sts and circle them in the ring;

2^nd row: 14 single crochets in the center of the ring;

3^rd row: make 3 double crochets in every 2^nd crochet.

Continue work this way for 3 rows, make 3 double crochets in the center of increases (in every 2^nd crochet out of 3) of the previous row. As a result, you should get 6 sectors. Then, increase 2 double crochets until the width of hat is 15 cm. After that, crochet around without increases for 8 rows = 4 cm. Make fringe due to the scheme.
