Stitches control: 16 sts and 24 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

Cast on 80 sts and knit 10 cm with 4 x 2 rib. Making the final row of the rib, increase the quantity of sts on 20 sts, evenly making the increases.Turn to knitting with braids ornament due to the scheme and make back with this technique. When the length is 36 cm from the set-up edge, start binding off the arm-hole sts. In order to make it correct, bind off 4 sts once, 3 sts once, 1 x 2 sts and 1 x 1 st from both sides in a row. After knitting the arm-hole to 20 cm height, bind off the sts of the final row.

Front

Cast on 40 sts and knit 10 cm of rib. Add 11 sts of the final row and continue with braids ornament. Crochet the front to 30 cm long and bind off the sts for the neck hole. Bind off 18 x 1 sts in every 4th row wi this aim. At 36 cm from the set-up edge, bind off the arm-hole sts from left side of the right front, as you made it for back. Knit 20 cm from arm-hole beginnig, after that, finish your work. In order to make right front placket, cast on 66 sts on the edge and knit 4 x 2 rib. Make 4 holes for buttons fastening in the 5th row of the placket. Knit the placket to 4 cm long, bind off the last sts. Make left front in analogy with the right, but without holes.

Sleeves

Cast on 48 sts and knit 10 cm with braids ornament. You should make it to get the cuffs. Continue making ornament with braids on the wrong side, increasing 1 st in every 10th row 11 times. After knitting your sleeve to 47 cm long, start forming the sleeve head. To make it, bind off 1 x 5 sts, 1 x 3 sts, 2 x 1 sts in a row from both sides and in the end bind off 18 x 1 sts. After forming the sleeve head, finish the last row.

Assembly

Sew the jacket on shoulder seams, after that knit the jacket's collar. Cast on 156 sts along the neck hole evenly. Then work with rib without knitting in every 2nd row from both sides 4 sts 13 times. Make 2 more rows and finish your work. Sew the jacket on side and sleeve seams, after that inseam the sleeves in arm-holes and sew the buttons.
