Skirt
This skirt is knitted from bottom to up. Cast on 204 (221) 238 sts on the circle knitting needles 3,5 and knit 2 circle rows with purls (for making frills with the crochet hook). Then, make * 22 (24) 26 rows of knit sts and 2 rows of purls*; repeat from * to *. When there will be 2 purls rows made 4 times (for 4 frills), knit the rest part of skirt with stockinette stitch and make decreases in the following way (row beginning = back line of middle): knit 24 (26) 28 sts from the beginning of row, slip 1 st, 1 knit st, draw the slipped st through 1 knit st, place marker, 2 knit sts together, knit 46 (50) 55 sts, slip 1 st, 1 knit st, draw the slipped st through 1 knit st, place marker, knit 2 sts together with 1 knit st, knit 48 (53) 56 sts, slip 1 st, 1 knit st, draw the slipped st through 1 knit st, place marker, 2 knit sts together, knit 46 (50) 55 sts, slip 1 st, 1 knit st, draw the slipped st through 1 knit st, place marker, 2 knit sts together, knit 24 (26) 28 sts of the row. Then make 6 rows without decreases and after that repeat the decreases from both sides of markers = there should be 164 (181) 198 sts left on the needles. Make 3 more rows and turn to circle knitting needles 3 and make 3 cm with stockinette stitch, 1 row of purls and 3 cm with stockinette stitch, bind off the sts.
Frills
Crochet around with crochet hook 3 on the sts of every of 4 "chamfers". For each frill make 1 row of single crochets = 1 single crochet in each st, catching sts of "chamfers" in pairs and continue work due to the scheme. Turn down upper edge ( = edge with bound sts) to the upper "chamfer" on the wrong side and sew = self-belt. Insert the elastic lacing into self-belt.
