​Relief Crochet Scarf with Leaves

You’ll need:

100g of turquoise Algarve yarn (100% cotton; 142m/50g);

100g of the same yarn, but in white color;

100g of the same yarn, but in light-green color;

Crochet hook 3.

Size: 9 х 170 cm (without fringe).

Used Patterns

Main pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 24 + 1 + 3 chain sts increase. Work due to the scheme 1. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1^st-9^th rows x once, then, repeat 2^nd-4^th rows.

Fringe: the length of fringe is determined by the quantity of chain sts in front of the 1^st leave or the quantity of leave is inside fringe. Join to the end of scarf with the help of 1 slip st and make 4 or 10 chain sts, then, work due to the scheme 2, at first, make 10 chain sts for the 1^st leaf, 1 slip st in the 1^st chain st and 16 chain sts, finish with 10 chain sts for the 1^st leaf. Join with 1 slip st to the 1^st chain st of leaf, turn, fasten loops of chain sts for leaves due to the scheme. Repeat the pattern x once or twice.

Stitches control: 20 sts x 12 rows = 10 x 7 cm.

Instructions

Make 337 chain sts and work with the main pattern = 13 pattern repeats + ½ pattern repeats from both sides. Finish your work in 12 rows from the set-up row. Fasten the ends of scar with 1 row of single crochets, make 1 fringe in the corners and 2 fringes in the center.
