​Brown Knit Top

You’ll need:

300g of brown 100% cotton yarn in 2 threads;

Straight knitting needles 4,5.

Size: S.

In order to make your top 1 size larger/smaller, you should increase/decrease 2 cm in width and 1 cm in length.

Used Patterns

Garter stitch: knit;

Main pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 12.

1^st-6^th rows: 2 knit sts, * 1 knit st, 1 yarn over, 4 knit sts, purl3tog, 4 knit sts, 1 yarn over*; repeat from * to *, 3 knit sts;

7^th-12^th rows: 2 knit sts, purl2tog, * 4 knit sts, 1 yarn over, 1 knit st, 1 yarn over, 4 knit sts, purl3tog*; repeat from * to *, make the last 13 sts of the row in the following way: 4 knit sts, 1 yarn over, purl2tog, 2 knit sts.

Repeat 1^st-12^th rows.

Stitches control: 19 sts x 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back/Front

Cast on 86 sts and make 32 cm with garter stitch; then, work with the main pattern, increase 1 x 15 sts in the 1^st row and knit the first 2 and the last 2 sts with garter stitch. In 52 cm from the set-up row, bind off all the sts.

Assembly

Make shoulder (for 13 cm from each side) and side seams.
