Brown Crochet Dress
You’ll need:
650 (700) 750g of grey Giava yarn (71% viscose, 29% linen; 105m/50g);
Crochet hook 4.
Size: S (M) L.
Used Patterns
Relief pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 4 + 2. Work due to the scheme. Start every row with 1 or 3 chain sts increase instead of 1st double crochet and sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1st-7th rows x once, then, repeat 2nd-7th rows.
Stitches control: relief pattern: 17 sts x 12,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm;
8 rows of single crochets = 4 cm in height.
Instructions
Back/Front
Make 82 (90) 98 chain sts + 1 chain st increase and work with relief pattern. In 30,5 cm = 38 rows from the set-up row, decrease 1 st for better fitting from both sides (= knit2tog) and 3 x 1 st in every 6th row = 74 (82) 90 sts. In 58,5 cm = 73 rows from the set-up row, decrease 8 sts from both sides for arm-holes (= make slip st above them in the beginning of row, leave them open in the end of row) = 58 (66) 74 sts. In 72 cm = 90 rows (74,5 cm = 93 rows) 77 cm = 96 rows from the set-up row, leave the central 36 sts for neck-hole and finish both sides separately, make only single crochets (repeat 1st and 2nd rows or 2nd and 3rd rows of the pattern). Finish your work at 4 cm = 8 rows height of neck-hole or in 76 cm = 98 rows (78,5 cm = 101 rows) 81 cm = 104 rows from the set-up row on the rest 11 (15) 19 sts of shoulder from each side.
Sleeves
Make 46 (54) 62 chain sts + 1 chain st increase and work with relief pattern. For sleeve chamfers, increase 2 x 1st in every 4th row and 6 x 1 st in every 2nd row = 62 (70) 78 sts, include the increased sts in the pattern. Finish your work in 21 cm = 26 rows from the set-up row.
Assembly
Make shoulder seams. Sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams. Fasten neck-hole with 1 circle row of single crochets and “shrimp stitch”, make 2 single crochets together in the 1st circle row in corners of neck-hole and skip 1 single crochet of the previous row “shrimp stitch” after every st in the 2nd circle row. Fasten lower edge and sleeves edges with 1 row of “shrimp stitch”.
please, what would the u.s. equivalent of the hook and yarn be?
A 4 hook is an E hook. Cannot tell you the yarn
Thank you
I need a row by row pattern this makes it way too complicated.
