You’l lneed:
350 (400)g of Aruba yarn in mélange grey color (45% polyamide, 41% cotton, 5% acryl; 80m/50g);
Knitting needles 7 and 8;
Crochet hook 7;
Thin string thread;
18 cm of sewing lace 2 cm wide.
Size: S (M).
Used Patterns
Stockinette stitch: in RS row – knit sts, in WS row – purls;
Relief pattern: work due to the scheme, on which only RS rows are stated, make WS rows and yarn overs as purls. Start with 1 selvedge st, pattern repeat, finish with 1 st after pattern repeat and 1 selvedge st. Repeat 1st-10th rows.
Stitches control: 14,5 sts x 18 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Back
Cast on 75 (87) sts and work with relief pattern. In 45 cm from the set-up row, decrease 15 (21) sts for bustier. Then, turn to knitting needles 8 and work with stockinette stitch. In 18 cm from the beginning of bustier, bind off all the sts.
Front
Make in the same way, as back, but for bustier widening, increase 6 x 1 st in every 5th row from both sides.
Assembly
Make side seams; fasten all the edges with 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of “shrimp stitch”, use string thread in upper edge. For the “tunnel”, sew sewing lace in the center of front to the WS.
Strap
Make a chain of 82 cm long and fasten it with 1 row of slip sts. Draw both ends of strap in the upper part in “tunnel” and sew in the bottom part.
