Crochet Beach Cover
You’ll need:
350g of blue Lampone yarn (70% cotton, 30% polyamide; 135m/50g);
Crochet hook 3,5.
Size: 70 x 100 cm.
Note: make as one-piece cloth from up to down.
Used Patterns
Filet pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 3 + 1. Work due to the scheme 1. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1st-3rd rows x once, then, repeat 2nd-3rd rows.
Relief pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 9 + 7. Work due to the scheme 2. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1st-5th rows x once, then, repeat 2nd-5th rows.
Stitches control: filet pattern: 25 sts x 10 rows = 10 x 10 cm;
Relief pattern: 25 sts x 8 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Make 376 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with filet pattern. Forstraps. Bind off 2 x 12 sts and 7 x 9 sts in every row from both side of the set-up row = 202 sts. In 20cm from the set-up row, make 1 row of single crochets on all the sts, increase 48 sts = 250 sts. Then, work with relief pattern. In 70 cm from the set-up row, finish your work. Fasten the set-up row, ends of straps and sided to the beginning of relief pattern with 1 row of single crochets.
