Dandelion From Tissues

You'll need:

Three-layers yellow tissues;
Scissors;
Stapler.

Instructions

Fold the yellow tissues several times.

Cut into small squares.

Lay the squares on top of each other.

Fasten with a stapler in the center of the square.

Cut the corners of the square to make a circle.

Lift each circle up while fluffing it.
