Beige Long Vest
You’ll need:
400g of milk color yarn (50% acryl, 50% wool; 260m/100g);
Crochet hook 3,5.
Size: M.
Notes
Make front and back as one-piece cloth without side seams. Crochet from down to up. Make 167 chain sts (the quantity of sts is multiple 15 + 2 sts for symmetry), make 3 chain sts increase for new row and work with straight and reversed rows due to the scheme 3-1 (11 pattern repeats). In 50 cm from the set-up row, divide your work into 3 parts (back – 6 pattern repeats, 2,5 pattern repeats for each half of front). Decrease 5 sts in 1 row for arm-holes and finish each part separately. There are 5 stripes of “spiders” left, 2 stripes of spiders on each half of front (2 pattern repeats).
Instructions
Back
Crochet straight. In 18 cm from the beginning of arm-holes, form neck-hole. For this, decrease 28 sts in one row in the middle of work and finish each shoulder separately. Crochet straight and in 4 cm from the beginning of neck-hole, finish your work above shoulder. Make each shoulder separately.
Left Front
Crochet straight from the side of arm-hole, make neck-hole chamfer from neck-hole at the same time. In 22 cm from the beginning of arm-hole, finish your work above shoulder (1,5 pattern repeats – 22 sts).
Right Front
Make in reflection to left front.
Assembly
Make shoulder seams. Fasten the lower edge, front edge and neck-hole due to the scheme 3-2 (1st and 2nd rows). Then, fasten neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets and edges of front and lower edge with ‘fans” (3rd row due to the scheme 3-2). Fasten arm-holes due to the scheme 3-2 (1st-2nd rows). After that, fasten it with 1 row of single crochets.
