Long Crochet Vest
You'll need:
100% cotton yarn (106m/50g) - 13 (14, 15, 16) skeins;
Crochet hook 4,5.
Stitches control: 4 pattern repeats х 13 rows = 10 х 10 сm, 1 motif = 11 х 11 сm.
Size: S (M, L, XL)
Chest circumference: 88 (96, 104, 112) cm
Length: 85 (87, 89, 91) cm.
Instructions
Make 6 chain sts and circle them in a ring. Make 1st-7th rows of pattern due to the scheme. Continue making motifs, amd connect the placket at the same time - 8 (9, 10, 11) in one row, then turn to the 2nd and 3rd rows of motifs.
When the three stripes of patterns will be connected, you should start making the upper front and back, starting from 8th row of the scheme = 39 (44, 49, 54) pattern repeats wide. Make 8th-12th rows of the scheme once, then repeat 11th-12th rows for the ornament.
At the same time, at 28 (29, 30, 31) cm heigh make decreases from both sides due to the scheme 2, repeat them at 33 (36, 41, 44) cm height.
When there'll be 61 (62, 63, 64) cm, divide your work in the following way: 6 (7, 8, 9) pattern repeats due to the scheme for front, leave next 4 pattern repeats without crocheting them for arm-hole, 13 (14, 17, 18) pattern repeats for back, 4 pattern repeats for arm-hole, 6 (7, 8, 9) pattern repeats for the second half of front.
Back
Make above 13 (14, 17, 18) pattern repeats of back. At 20 (21, 22, 23) cm from arm-holes, finish crocheting 11th row.
Front
Make above 6 (7, 8, 9) pattern repeats of back. At 20 (21, 22, 23) cm from arm-holes, finish 11th row. Don't cut the yarn.
Make shoulder seams, leaving 7 cm from the side of neck-hole. Make right front in symmetry to the left.
Assembly
Fasten fronts and bottom due to the scheme (marked with green color), sew button, fold back the colar, as it's shown in the 1st photo.
