You’ll need:

400g of light-blue Pingouin Familia yarn (100% acryl);

100g of the same yarn, but in dark-blue color;

100g of of the same yarn, but in royal blue color.

Size: S.

Chest circumference: 84 cm;

Hip circumference: 88 cm.

Used Patterns

1 x 1 rib;

Stockinette stitch: in RS row – knit sts, in WS row – purls.

Stitches control: 16 sts x 20 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back

Cast on 62 sts with light-blue yarn and make 6 cm of 1 x 1 rib. Continue work with stockinette stitch, alternating the stripes of different colors yarn due to the scheme. At 68 cm height, bind off the sts.

Front

Cast on 62 sts and make in the same way, as back. At 36 cm height, bind off the central 14 sts and finish both sides separately, decrease 1 st in every 8th row for the neck-hole. At 68 cm height, bind off the sts for shoulders.

Sleeves

Cast on 40 sts and make 6 cm of 1 x 1 rib. Continue work with stockinette stitch, alternating the stripes of different colors yarn due to the scheme. At 25 and 35 cm height, increase 2 sts from both sides. At 53 cm height, bind off the sts.

Assembly

Make side, shoulder and sleeve seams. Fasten the neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets, then, work with 1 x 1 rib, alternating the color of yarn every 2 rows.
