Storage Fabric Basket
You’ll need:
Fabric;
Thick double-sided vlieseline or woven interfacing;
Iron;
Ruler;
Pencil or marker for fabric;
Scissors;
Sewing machine;
Threads.
Instructions
1. Cut out two identical rectangles from two types of fabric 76x81 cm in size. Glue it with non-woven or doubler, forming a “sandwich” so that the front sides of the fabric are outside.
2. Having retreated 25 cm from each of the edges, draw 4 lines.
3. Sew along the lines of the inner rectangle so that the basket folds better.
4. Cut out as shown in the photo.
5. Now outline 6 slots as shown in the photo.
6. Sew stitches by stitching the edges of slits and cuts. This will strengthen them and prevent them from shedding.
7. Make 6 slots along the marked lines.
8. It remains to collect the basket.
