Materials Needed
Small amount worsted weight acrylic yarn in Red Heart's Super Saver Holly & Ivy
Small amount worsted weight acrylic yarn in Red Heart's Super Saver Dark Sage
16 Gold Metallic Pony Beads
Small battery operated tealight candle
Size H/8 or 5mm aluminum crochet hook
Yarn needle for weaving in ends

Yarn Thickness: 4mm
Gauge: 4dc=1"
Finished Size: 4" diameter x 1½ h
Skill Level: Beginner

Instructions

RND 1: With Holly & Ivy, ch4, join w/slst to first ch to form ring. Ch2. 16dc in ring. Join w/slst to first dc. (16dc)

RND 2: Ch2. In back loop only for this round only, dc in same st as slst and in each dc around. Join w/slst to first dc. (16dc)

RND 3: Ch2. Dc in same st as slst and in each dc around. Join w/slst to first dc. Fasten off Holly & Ivy. Weave ends into work.

Ruffle
RND 1: String on 16 gold beads. Join dark sage to front loop of RND 1 from front to back with the right side facing you. Ch1, sc in same st as joining. 2sc in each front loop around. Join w/slst to ch1.

RND 2: Ch1, sc in same st as slst. 2dc, pull up a bead, 2dc in next sc. *Sc in next sc. 2dc, pull up a bead, 2dc in next sc. Rep from * around. Join w/slst to first sc. Fasten off and weave all ends into back of work. Turn on battery operated tea light candle and place inside candle holder!

This Tea Light candle holder is only meant for battery operated tea lights. Do not use it for real tea light candles because it would be a major fire hazard!
