Specialty Stitch & Technique Key

Camel Stitch

Chain any number of chains, plus 1 for the turning chain.

Row 1: Hdc in the second chain from the hook and in each ch across.

Row 2: ch 1, turn. Hdc in the 3rd loop of the first stitch, and in each st across.

Repeat Row 2.


Notes

This scarf is worked flat and joined with a seam to form an infinity scarf. Use two strands of yarn held together throughout.

Ch 1 does not count as a stitch.

Alternatively, you can start with a foundation half double crochet for Row 1.


Instructions

Row 1: ch 210, hdc across starting in the 2nd ch from the hook, work in the back bumps of the ch. (209)

Row 2: ch 1, turn. Hdc in the 3rd loop across. (209)


Repeat Row 2 until the scarf is 35 cm high.


Finish off.

Fold the scarf in half, bringing the short ends together, and use slip stitches to sew along the edge to form an infinity scarf.
