On the scheme you can see only right side of your work, knit sts and yarn over in wrong side rows with purls. You should get 27 sts x 37 rows in stockinette stitch (10 x 10 cm).

Cast on 112 sts of the 1st row, knit 6 cm of rib. Turn to stockinette stitch pattern, adding 1 st in every 3 sts on the 1st row. As a result, you should get 150 sts. Knit 15 cm after rib, start forming side chamfers. Add 1 st from each side. Make such increases three times in every 6 rows, 4 in 4 rows, and 4 in a row. Knit the front to length 27 cm from rib, cast on 70 sts for the sleeves from both sides of front. You should get 304 sts in total. Then knit 13 cm of stockinette stitch. Work with lace ornament due to the scheme. The height of lace ornament is 7 cm. After that you should knit right side row with purls and bind off all the sts of the last row.

Cast on 112 sts and make a rib 6 cm long. After that make stockinette stitch. At the height of 2 cm from the rib, divide your worl in two halves and form each part separately. Make chamfers inside the work, decrease 1 st from outer side in every third row. In the process of work add the sts of side chamfer the way, used for making front. To make it, knit back to the height of 27 cm from the rib, cast on 70 sts for the sleeve and knit 13 cm straight. Leave the obtained cloth , after that make the second part of back in analogy with the first. At this stage cast on 57 sts between the sides and knit 7 cm with lace ornament. Then make 1 row of purls. After that, bind off the sts of the very last row. Adding back, form lace inset to the edge. To make this, cast on 288 + 1 + 2 selvedge sts. Then mark the central st with contrast thread and knit the lace ornament , decreasing 1 st form both sides from centre. After finishing lace part, make 1 row of purls and finish the row.

Sew the lace edge along inner edges of back, sew your work in shoulders and also along the sleeve and side seams.
