3/4" button
Sewing needle and matching thread

R1: Ch9. Join to form a ring. Ch1, do not turn. Sc in ea ch. (9sc)
Position a stitch marker as you work to help you keep track of your rounds.
R2-21: Do not join. Working in a continuous round, sc in ea st. (piece should measure approximately 5-1/2")
R22: Begin increasing. Do not join. 2sc in ea st. (18sc)
R23: (2sc in next st. Sc in next st) around.
R24: Sc in ea sc.
Rs25-33: Rep R24.
R34: Sl st in next st. Ch1, turn. Sc in 11 sts. Sl st in next st.
R35: Ch1, turn. Sc in ea sc across to the last. Sl st in last st.
Rep R35 until you have 4sc left.
R36: Ch1, turn. Sc in next sc. Ch2. Sk next ch. Sc in next st. Sl st last st.
Fasten off.
FINISHING:
Weave the beginning yarn tail throughout the foundation chain stitches and draw the opening closed.
Sew the button on using the photo as a guide. The Ch2 on R36 is your button hole.
