You'll need:

100% cotton yarn of yellow, white and light-blue colors;

Crochet hook 1,25.

Instructions

Make 6 chain sts in a ring with white yarn.

1st row: 24 double crochets in the center of the obtained ring;

2nd row: double crochet, chain st by turn;

3rd row: double crochets;

4th row: 1 chain st increase in every 5th double crochet;

5th row: increase in every 6th double crochet;

6th-11th rows: double crochets, make fewer increases;

12-22nd rows: double crochets without increases;

23rd row: single crochets with light-blue yarn;

24th row: make increases with light-blue yarn: * 1 sinlge crochet in the previous st, 2 single crochets in the previous st*; repeat from * to * to end of row;

26th, 27th rows: double crochets without increases with white yarn;

27th-31st rows: as previous 2 rows, but with light-blue yarn.

32nd, 33rd rows: single crochets with white yarn to end of row. Cut the yarn weave the ends.

Steering Wheel

1st row: make a ring of 6 chain sts;

2nd row: 2 single crochets in every previous st;

3rd-5th rows: 1 single crochet and increase in every st;

6th row: 3 single crochets and 6 chain sts (repeat this scheme 6 times);

7th row: 8 single crochets, increase (repeat this scheme 6 times);

8th row: 3 double crochets above each steering wheel handle, cut the yarn from each.
