​Crochet Ochre and Beige Dress

You’ll need:

250 (300) 300g of ochre color yarn (55% silk, 45% cotton; 145m/50g);

150 (200) 200g of beige yarn (70% cotton, 30% polyamide; 90m/50g);

Crochet hooks 4,5 and 5.

Size: S (M) L.

Used Patterns

Single crochets: start every row/ circle row with 1 chain st instead of the 1^st single crochet and finish every circle row with 1 slip st in chain st increase.

Pattern on 10 sts: work due to the scheme, turn rows, as stated. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1^st-5^th rows x once, then, repeat 2^nd-5^th rows.

Stitches control: pattern on 10 sts: 15,5 sts x 8 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

Single crochets: 18,5 sts = 10 cm.

Instructions

Upper Part of Back

Make 71 (81) 91 chain sts + 1 chain st increase with crochet hook 4,5 and beige yarn and work with pattern on 10 sts. In 10 cm from the set-up row, make decreases for arm-holes on 6 (7) 9 cm from both sides, matching with pattern design in full dimensions. In 16 (18) 20 cm from the beginning of arm-holes, make decreases for back neck-hole on the central 26 (28) 30 cm, matching with the pattern design. Finish shoulders separately. In 18 (20) 22 cm from the beginning of arm-holes, finish your work.

Upper Part of Front

Make in the same way, as upper part of back, but with deeper neck-hole. For this, in 6 (8) 10 cm from the beginning of arm-holes, make decreases on the central 26 (28) 30 cm for front neck-hole, matching with the pattern design. Finish shoulders separately. Finish your work at the same height, as upper part of back.

Lower Part of Back

Work with pattern on 10 sts on the set-up row of upper part of back with ochre color = 71 (81) 91 sts. In 50 cm from the beginning of lower part of back, finish your work.

Lower Part of Front

Make in the same way, as lower part of back.

Self-Belt

Make 160 (180) 200 chain sts with ochre yarn and crochet hook 5 and work with single crochets. In 1,5 cm form the set-up row, finish your work.

Assembly

Make shoulder and side seams. Fasten neck-hole and arm-holes with 2 circle rows of single crochets with ochre yarn and crochet hook 5. Sew self-belt to pass between upper and lower pars, leave 6 cm open in the center of front. For cord, make a chain of 140 (150) 160 cm long with yellow yarn and crochet hook 4,5 and fasten it with 1 row of single crochets. Insert cord in self-belt.
