Beige and White Crochet Pullover
You’ll need:
200 (250) 300g of white Bandola yarn (78% cotton, 22% polyamide; 150m/50g);
150 (150) 200g of the same yarn, but in beige color;
Crochet hook 5.
Size: S (M) L.
Used Patterns
Main pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 5 + 1 + 3 chain sts increase. Work due to the scheme 1. Start every row with 3 or 1 chain sts increase instead of the 1st double crochet of 1 single crochet and sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat.
Repeat 1st-14th rows, make 7 beige rows and 7 white rows. Make single crochets in chain sts of the previous row in the 5th, 7th, 12th and 14th rows, make single crochet between single crochets of the previous row in the 6th and 13th rows and for the 2nd group of double crochets in the 8th and 1st rows by turn.
Pattern for plackets: due to the scheme 2. Start every rnd with 1 chain st increase instead of the 1st single crochet and sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts before the beginning of rnd, 1 slip st in chain st increase. Make 1st-4th rows x once, then, repeat 3rd-4th rows.
Stitches control: main pattern: 17,5 sts x 7 rows = 10 x 9 cm;
Pattern for plackets: 17,5 sts x 18 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Back and Front
Start with the left side. Make 166 (166) 176 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase with beige yarn and work with the main pattern = 33 (33) 35 pattern repeats. In 9 cm = 7 rows from the set-up row, at first, make front on the first 13 (13) 14 pattern repeats (= 65 (65) 70 sts). In 36 cm = 28 rows from the set-up row, finish your work. Then, make back on the last 13 (13) 14 pattern repeats of the 7th row in the same way. Leave the central 7 pattern repeats + 1 st for the symmetry open for neck-hole. In 36 cm = 28 rows from the set-up row, make 36 chain sts with beige yarn between front and back and work with the main pattern on all the sts = 33 (33) 35 pattern repeats. In 45 cm = 35 rows from the set-up row, make the 6th and 7th rows of the main pattern x 6 (8) 10 times with white yarn for right side strap. In 52 cm = 47 rows (54 cm = 51 rows) 56 cm = 55 rows from the set-up row, finish your work. Make left side stripe in the same way. In 7 cm = 12 rows (9 cm = 16 rows) 11 cm = 20 rows from the set-up row, finish your work.
Assembly
Connect the sides to 30 (29) 30 cm with white yarn and work with 1 single crochet and 3 chain sts by turn, making single crochets in the side of front and back by turn and skip 2 single crochets every time. For lower placket, join white yarn to the side seams and work with pattern for plackets = 13 (15) 17 pattern repeats on front and back. In 11 cm = 20 rows from the beginning of placket, finish your work. For neck-hole placket, work with pattern for plackets along neck-hole with white yarn.
