You’ll need:

200g of peachy Rio yarn (50% cotton, 50% viscose; 350m/100g);

100g of the same yarn, but in purple color;

Knitting needles 2;

Crochet hook 2.

Size: S.

Used Patterns

1 x 1 rib;

Stockinette stitch: in RS row – knit sts, in WS row – purls;

Relief pattern: due to the scheme, on which only RS rows are stated, make WS rows sts and yarn overs as purls.

Stitches control: 25 sts x 37 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Front

Cast on 124 sts + 2 selvage sts, make 3,5 cm of 1 x 1 rib. * After that, change to purple yarn on WS and decrease 10 cm along the whole width. Then, work with relief pattern for 4,5 cm. Change to peachy yarn on WS and increase 10 sts. Then, work with stockinette stitch for 3,5 cm*; repeat from * to * x twice.

After that, make the central 24 sts with relief pattern with purple yarn, the rest sts – with stockinette stitch with peachy yarn. In 8 cm, divide all the sts in half and after that, finish each side separately. At the same time, start making arm-hole. For this, bind off 1 x 7 sts, 1 x 3 sts, 2 x 2 sts and 1 x 1 st in every 2nd row. For neck-hole chamfer, decrease 1 st from inward side of relief pattern in every 4th and 2nd rows by turn. At 18 cm height of arm-hole (when there are 17 sts of stockinette stitch left on the knitting needles), bind off 1 x 5 sts, 2 x 6 sts in every 2nd row. Continue making the rest sts of relief pattern due to the pattern for 13 cm more, make outer side dense, inner side – looser. Don’t bind off the sts. Make another side of neck-hole in symmetry.

Back

Start in the same way, as front. After making the 3rd stripe of relief pattern, work with stockinette stitch and peachy yarn to the end of work. At 38 cm height from the set-up row, male arm-holes from both sides in the same way, as for front. Afterthat, crochetstraight. At 55 cm height, bind off the central 40 sts for neck-hole and then, finish each side separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 5 sts, 1 x 4 sts, 2 x 1 st in every 2nd row from inwards. At the same time, make shoulder chamfer in the same way, as for front. Finish another side of neck-hole in symmetry.

Sleeves

Cast on 74 sts + 2 selvage sts, make 3 cm of 1 x 1 rib. Change to purple yarn on WS and decrease 5 sts along the whole width. After that, work with relief pattern for 3 cm. Change to peachy yarn on WS and increase 9 sts. Then, work with stockinette stitch for 3,5 cm, after that, change to purple yarn in WS row again and decrease 5 sts. Make 3 cm of relief pattern. Then, change to peachy yarn on WS and increase 11 sts = 86 sts. After that, work with stockinette stitch for 3,5 cm and change to purple yarn again in WS row, decrease 5 sts. Make 3 cm of relief pattern. After that, change to peachy yarn and increase 11 sts = 86 sts. Then, work with stockinette stitch to the end of work. In 1,5 cm, bind off 7 sts from both sides for sleeve caps, then, bind off 7 x 1 st in every 2nd row, 3 x 1 st in every 4th row. After that, decrease 8 x 1 st, 3 x 2 sts and 2 x 3 sts in every 4th and 2nd rows by turn. Bind off the rest sts of sleeve.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams, sew up sleeves, make side and sleeve seams. Sew relief plackets to the edge of back neck-hole from both sides and connect, making the sts of both plackets together, bind them off at the same time. Fasten neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of “shrimp stitch” with peachy yarn with the help of crochet hook.
