You’ll need:

300g of blue Baby yarn (100% acryl; 400m/100g);

Crochet hook 2,5;

Straight and circular knitting needles 3.

Size: 4-5 years.

Main pattern: due to the scheme 1.

Stockinette stitch: in RS row – knit sts, in WS row – purls;

2 x 2 rib.

Make 77 chain sts + 3 chain sts increase and work with the main pattern for 39 rows. Make each shoulder (22 sts) separately in the 40^th row, leave the central 33 sts for neck-hole. Then, cast on 77 sts with straight knitting needles and work with stockinette stitch. Increase 11 sts in the 2^nd row, by means of making yarn over in every 7 sts. Then, make 40 rows straight and bind off the sts.

Front

Make in the same way, as back, but with deeper neck-hole. For this, start making each shoulder separately in the 39^th row.

Sleeves

Make pattern design in natural size before you start working. Makeshoulderseams. Make 1 row of single crochets, the length = the width of sleeve (about 77 single crochets). Work with the main pattern, making decreases for sleeve chamfers due to the pattern design. In 10 rows from the beginning of sleeve, cast on 38 sts along the edge and make 10 rows of 2 x 2 rib. Make all the sts as purls in the 11^th row, then, make 10 rows with 2 x 2 rib and bind off the sts.

Assembly

Fasten neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets. Then, cast on 76 sts along the neck-hole with circular knitting needles, make collar with 2 x 2 rib of 10 cm height. Make 3 fringes due to the scheme 2 along the bottom edge of dress: 2 fringes 12 cm height and 1 fringe – 6 cm height. Make the first fringe along the line of bottom connection, second and third fringes with 7 cm interval. Fasten the bottom edge of every fringe with 1 row of single crochets.
