Knit Two-Colored Pullover

You’ll need:

75 (100) 100g of blue yarn (70% mohair, 30% silk; 210m/25g);

25 (50) 50g of the same yarn, but in curry color;

25 (50) 50g of the same yarn, but in apricot color;

25g of the same yarn, but in blue-grey color;

Knitting needles 3 and 3,5;

Circular knitting needles 3.

Size: S (M) L.

Used Patterns

Garter stitch: knit sts.

Relief pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 6 + 1 + 2 selvage sts. Work due to the scheme, on which only RS rows are stated, make WS rows and yarn overs as purls. Start with 1 selvage st and sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat, 1 selvage st. Repeat 1st-8th rows.

Colors and patterns order: 1,5 cm = 6 rows of garter stitch, 14 cm = 40 rows with relief pattern in 2 threads of curry yarn, 1,5 cm = 6 rows of garter stitch, 14 cm = 40 rows of garter stitch with grey-blue yarn, 1,5 cm = 6 rows of garter stitch = totally, 32,5 cm = 98 rows.

Stitches control: garter stitch: 6 rows = 1,5 cm;

Relief pattern: 20,5 sts x 28,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

Cast on 123 (135) 147 sts with knitting needles 3 with grey-blue yarn and work due to the patterns and colors order. In 32,5 cm = 98 rows from the set-up row, continue work with relief pattern and apricot yarn. In 16,5 cm = 48 rows (19,5 cm = 56 rows) 22,5 cm = 64 rows from the end of patterns order, bind off 1 x 3 (3) 4 sts, bind off 9 x 3 sts (5 x 3 sts and 4 x 4 sts) 9 x 4 sts in every 2nd row. At the same time, in 20,5 cm = 60 rows (23,5 cm = 68 rows) 26,5 cm = 76 rows from the end of pattern order, bind off the central 59 sts for neck-hole and finish both sides separately. In 23,5 cm = 68 rows (26,5 cm = 76 rows) 29,5 cm = 84 rows from the end of patterns order, bind off the rest 2 (4) 4 sts of shoulder.

Front

Make in the same way, as back, but for neck-hole, make 2 sts from the central st  in 5,5 cm = 16 rows (8,5 cm = 24 rows) 11,5 cm = 32 rows from the end of patterns order and finish your work on 62 (68) 74 sts. Bind off * 2 x 2 sts and 1 x 1 st*; repeat from * to * x 5 times in every 2nd row.

Sleeves

Cast on 87 (99) 111 sts with knitting needles 3 and grey-blue uarn and make 1,5 cm = 6 rows of garter stitch for placket. Continue work with relief pattern and knitting needles 3,5 and grey-blue yarn. In 28 cm = 80 rows from placket, bind off 1 x 3 sts from both sides, then, bind off 9 x 3 sts in every 2nd row. In 35 cm = 100 rows from placket, bind off the rest 27 (39) 51 sts.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. For placket, cast on 138 sts with circular knitting needles and apricot yarn and make 3 rows of knit sts. Then, bind off all sts as knit sts. Sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams.
