Used Patterns
Relief pattern, violet yarn: due to the scheme 1, on which only RS rows are stated, make WS rows due to the ornament, cross knit sts – as cross purls, yarn overs – as purls. Start with 1 selvedge st, pattern repeat, finish with st after pattern repeat and 1 selvedge st. Repeat 1st-20th rows.
Lace pattern, grey yarn: due to the scheme 2. Start each row, as it’s stated on the scheme and with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1st-6th rows x once, then, repeat 3rd-6th rows.
Stitches control: relief pattern: 20 sts x 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm;
Lace pattern: 17,5 sts x 6 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
At first, make pattern design in natural size and match with it in the process of work.
Back
Cast on 93 (101) 111 sts and work with relief pattern. In 40 cm from the set-up row, bind off all the sts. Make 81 (87) 97 single crochets on the bound off edge by means of the crochet hook and work with lace pattern, allocating the sts from the center. For arm-holes, decrease 5 (6) 7 sts from both sides due to the pattern design. In 17 (17) 18 cm from the beginning of lace part, decrease the central 20 (20) 21 cm for neck-hole due to the pattern design and finish both sides separately. In 19 (19) 20 cm from the beginning of lace part finish your work.
Front
Make in the same way, as back, but with deeper neck-hole. For this, divide the lace part in the center and finish both sides separately. In 7 (7) 8 cm from the beginning of lace part, decrease 10 (10) 10,5 cm from inwards for the neck-hole due to the pattern design.
Sleeves
Make 41 (51) 51 chain sts + 1 chain st increase by means of the crochet hook and work with lace pattern. For sleeve chamfers, increase 4 cm from both sides due to the pattern design. In 28 cm from the set-up row, make decreases for sleeve caps from both sides due to the pattern design. In 12 (13) 14 cm from the beginning of sleeve cap, finish your work.
Assembly
Make shoulder seams; sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams. Fasten all the edges with 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of “shrimp stitch” with grey yarn and crochet hook.
