Knit Two-Colored Pullover
You’ll need:
150 (200) 200g of black yarn (70% alpaca wool, 30% polyamide; 225m/50g);
150 (200) 200g of the same yarn, but mustard color;
Circular knitting needles 5,5.
Size: S (M) L.
Used Patterns
Stockinette stitch: in RS row – knit sts, in WS row – purls.
Jacquard pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 4 + 1 + 2 selvage sts. Work due to the scheme with stockinette stitch, draw non-working yarn on WS of work. There are only RS rows stated on the scheme. Make WS rows as sts face. Start with 1 selvage st, pattern repeat, finish with st after pattern repeat and 1 selvage st. Make 1st-12th rows x once, finish with 1st-2nd rows.
Stitches control: 20 sts x 20,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Cast on 43 (51) 59 sts with black yarn and work with jacquard pattern. At the same time, increase 32 x 1 st and 12 x 2 sts in every 2nd row from both sides of sleeve chamfers, cast on sts again due to the pattern = 155 (163) 171 sts. In 44 cm = 90 rows from the set-up row, bind off 1 x 24 sts from both sides and include them in pattern = 203 (211) 219 sts. In 49 cm = 100 rows (52 cm = 106 rows) 55 cm = 112 rows from placket, bind off the central st for neck-hole and finish both sides separately (= 101 (105) 109 sts for front and back).
In 65 cm = 133 rows (68 cm = 139 rows) 71 cm = 145 rows from the set-up row – line of center of front and back. Finish your pullover in symmetry from this line. In 130 cm = 266 rows (136 cm = 278 rows) 142 cm = 290 rows from the set-up row, bind off the rest 43 (51) 59 sts,
