You’ll need:
300 (350) 350g of green-grey yarn (85% cotton, 15% polyamide; 150m/50g);
Knitting needle 6;
Crochet hook 4,5.
Size: S (M) L.
Used Patterns
Main pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 6 + 3 + 2 selvage sts. Work due to the scheme, on which both RS and WS rows are stated. Start with 1 selvage st, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat and 1 selvage st.
Decorative decreases: from the left side: make sts due to the pattern to the last 4 sts, knit2tog, 1 knit st, 1 selvage st. From the right side: 1 selvage st, 1 knit st, broaching.
Stitches control: 20 sts x 21,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Back
Cast on 95 (101) 107 sts and make the 1st row (WS) with knit sts (don’t take this row into account). Continue work with the main pattern. In 39 cm = 84 rows (38 cm = 82 rows) 37 cm = 80 rows from the set-up row from both sides, make 9 sts for sleeves from both sides = 113 (119) 125 sts. In 55 cm = 118 rows from the set-up row, bind off the central 43 sts for neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 1 st in 2nd row. In 57 cm = 122 rows from the set-up row, bind off the rest 34 (37) 40 sts of sleeves/shoulders. Finish the second side in the same way.
Front
Make in the same way, as back, but with V-shape neck-hole. For this, in 35,5 cm = 76 rows from the set-up row, bind off the central 3 sts and finish both sides separately. For neck-hole decrease (see decorative decreases) 21 x 1 st in every 2nd row from inwards.
Assembly
Make shoulder/upper seams sleeves. Fasten your work with 1 row of single crochets with crochet hook 4,5. Make side/lower seams. Fasten the edges of sleeves and lower edge of work in the same way.
