Knit Pullover with Straps on Shoulders

550 (600) 650g of light-green Eco Aran yarn (100% cotton; 75m/50g);
Knitting needles 5;
Crochet hook 4,5.

Used Patterns
Relief pattern 1 with 9 sts wide: work due to the scheme, make WS rows with purls. Pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat.
Repeat 1st-20th rows.
Relief pattern 2 with 10 sts wide: work due to the scheme, make WS rows with purls. Pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat.
Repeat 1st-8th rows.
Stitches control: 16 sts x 20 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Back
Cast on 76 (85) 94 sts and work with relief pattern 1 between selvage sts. In 68 cm from the set-up row, bind off the central 30 (35) 38 sts for neck-hole and work separately, bind off 1 x 3 sts in the 2nd row. In 70 cm from the set-up row, bind off the rest sts.
Front
Make in the same way, as back, but with deeper neck-hole. For this, in 56 cm from the set-up row, bind off the central 10 (15) 18 sts and work separately, bind off 2 x 3 sts, 2 x 2 sts and 3 x 1 st in every 2nd row. Bind off the rest sts at the height of back.
Sleeves
Cast on 43 (43) 53 sts and work with relief pattern 2 between selvage sts, increase 2 (0) 0 x 1 st in every 6th row, 11 (13) 14 x 1 st in every 4th row and 0 (3) 0 x 1 st in every 2nd row and include increased sts in pattern. Bind off all sts in 30 cm from the set-up row.
Assembly
Make shoulder seams from side edge to 3 (4) 5 cm. Sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams. Fasten neck-hole and edges of shoulder with 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of “crab stitch”. Make 4 laces in the following way: make a chain of 50 cm long and fasten it with 3 rows of single crochets. Sew laces to the edges of neck-hole and make a bow.
