Knit Pullover with Flower
You’ll need:
350g of light-blue Orion yarn (77% mercerized cotton, 33% viscose; 170m/50g);
Straight and circular knitting needles 3.
Size: S.
Stitches control: 25 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Back
Cast on 96 sts. For placket, make 8 rows of stockinette stitch, then, 1 row of wrong-side pattern and 7 rows of stockinette stitch. Sew placket, for this, fold it half and make 1 RS row, catching sts in a low loose edge. Then, work with stockinette stitch. At 30 cm height from placket, bind off 1 x 2 sts from both sides for arm-hole and transfer sts to the auxiliary needles.
Front
Make in the same way, as back.
Sleeves
Cast on 43 sts and make placket in the same way, as for front/back. After that, work with stockinette stitch, increase 1 st in every 8th row from both sides. At 33 cm height from placket, bind off 1 x 2 sts from both sides for sleeve caps. Leave the rest sts. Make another sleeve in the same way.
Assembly
Cast on all the previously left sts of sleeves, front and back to circle knitting needles. Make 1 row of stockinette stitch around. Then, decrease 2 sts from both sides of raglan in every 4th row (cross 2 sts to the right, then, to the left by turn). At 12 cm height, make 1 row of wrong-side pattern and 8 rows of stockinette stitch. Bind off the rest sts. Make side and sleeve seams.
Flower
Cast on 160 sts and work with stockinette stitch for 20 rows. Then, fold the ready-made rectangular in half, shaping rose, sew flower to pullover.
