If only I could figure out how to make a Triangle shaped shawl with this stitch. I think it would make a beautiful shawl with a gradient color yarn! Thanks for sharing this pattern.
I hope, you'll manage to do it
I wish someone could explain this pattern to me..I’m not sure what they mean. Is there anyway that have a diagram to look at… I usually can follow a pattern. Right now I feel so dumb. This is so pretty.
please someone help.
Thank you.
Dear Judy, I will look for another instructions with more detailed description
I was browsing and saw the pattern for the Turkish Crochet Pattern and loved the picture!! I would like to make this, but I too, don't understand the pattern as it is written. How many chains for the foundation row? This is so pretty and I would like any further information one would have on making this. I am not an advanced crocheter, as of yet, but I plan on getting there!!
Thank you for any and all information you would be willing to share. Thank you for sharing!
Connie
It says 3 +1… so it's multiples of 3. Any amount of 3s that you want. As long as you want and add 1 stitch at the end of that count.
What stitch is a hdc? Everything else im sure i understand
«The half double crochet stitch, often abbreviated HDC, is one of the 6 basic crochet stitches. It's a beginner-friendly stitch that's easy to learn and fun to make. Once you've learned the chain stitch and the single crochet, you're ready to learn the half-double crochet.»
