1^st row: yo and insert the hook and draw through. you are going to want to stretch each loop you make out so its easier to pull through;

2^nd row: yo and insert the hook and draw through;

3^rd row: yo and insert the hook and draw through. Should have 7 loops on your hook;

4^th row: yo and insert the hook and draw through. Should have 9 loops on hook;

5^th row: yo and insert the hook and draw through. Should have 11 loops on hook;

6^th row: yo and draw through all 11 loops on hook;

7^th row: yo and draw through loop on hook.

Repeat 1^st-7^th rows.
