Relief Crochet Pattern

The quantity of sts is multiple 2 + 6.

1st row: Skip 5ch, *1dc in next ch, 1 ch, skip 1 ch; rep from * to last st, 1 dc, turn;

2nd row: 4ch, skip 1 st, *1dc in next dc, 1 ch; rep from * to last st, 1dc in 3rd ch, turn.

Repeat the 2nd row.

To weave the overlay, use 3 strands of yarn threaded in a tapestry needle. Lace the yarns vertically under and over the chain bars, filling alternate spaces on each row. Pull the yarn firmly so that no loops remain, but not to tight, or the mesh may pull in.
