​Crochet Top with Flowered Pattern

You’ll need:

10 (10) 11 (11) skeins of BC Garn Caseta yarn (50% silk, 30% cashmere, 20% wool; 240m/50g) in white color;

Crochet hook 2,5.

Size: S (M) L (XL).

Chest circumference: 84 (94) 104 (114) cm.

Length: 1 (62) 63 (64) cm.

Special Stitches

Bundle: make yarn over, insert crochet hook in the next st or interval, draw the yarn 3 times (= 7 sts on the crochet hook), draw the yarn through 6 sts on crochet hook, make yarn over and draw the yarn through the last 2 sts.

Stitches control: 22 chain sts = 10 cm

1 pattern repeat (= 11 sts) = 5 cm.

Instructions

Back and Front

Crochet 6 rows to the side cut: make 129 (130) 141 (152) chain sts and work due to the scheme for 10 (11) 12 (13) pattern repeats. Leave out sts. Cut the yarn.

Make 119 (130) 141 (152) sts and work due to the scheme for 10 (11) 12 (13) pattern repeats, as it’s described for back. Place both details WS to each other and continue work with circle rows due to the scheme. Start with the 7^th row and make 1 slip st in the 3^rd chain st increase in the end of every circle row. Totally, make 49 rows due to the scheme. When the length of work is 39 cm, start making arm-holes. For this, turn to crocheting with straight and reversed rows, finish front and back separately.

Back

Starting from the 53^rd row, start making increases for arm-holes due to the scheme = 11 (12) 13 (14) pattern repeats. Make these increases due to the scheme (= 12 (13) 14 (15) pattern repeats) in the 59^th row again. Continue work without increases until the length is 61 (62) 63 (64) cm.

Front

At the same time with increases for arm-holes, start forming neck-hole. Leave the central 4 (3) 4 (3) pattern repeats open, finish both sides separately. Make decreases along neck-hole in the same way, as it’s shown on the scheme. Continue work straight until the length of front is the same, as the length of back.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Make the edges of work due to the scheme: * 1 single crochet, 3 chain sts, 1 “bundle” in single crochet, 1 chain st*; repeat from * to *.
