​Striped Crochet Pullover with Scarf

You’ll need:

375g of bluish grey Alta Moda Superbaby Fine Degrade yarn (63% merino wool, 27% alpaca wool, 10% polyamide; 105m/25g);

200g of grey Bombolo (40% polyacryl, 30% superkid mohair, 20% merino wool, 10% polyamide; 65m/50g);

Crochet hook 4,5 and 5;

Knitting needles 4.

Size: S-M.

Scarf size: 120 x 125 cm.

Used Patterns

Cubes pattern: the quantity of sts of the set-up row is multiple 6 + 1. Work due to the scheme. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1^st-7^th rows x once, then, repeat 2^nd-7^th rows, finish with the 3^rd row of the pattern.

Structured pattern: treble crochets in circle rows. Start every circle row with 4 initial chain sts instead of the 1^st treble crochet and finish with 1 slip st in the last chain st of base.

2 x 2 rib.

Stitches control: cubes pattern, Alta Moda yarn: 20,5 sts x 9 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

Structured pattern, Bombolo yarn: 9 sts x 3,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

Make 97 chain sts + 1 chain st increase with bluish grey yarn and crochet hook 4,5 and work with cubes pattern. In 6,5 cm = 6 rows from the initial row, increase 1 pattern repeat from both sides for sleeves (increase 1 single crochet and make 5 double treble crochets in this st in the next row). Then, increase 3 x 1 pattern repeat, 6 x ½ pattern repeat, 3 x 1 pattern repeat in every 3^rd row. Continue work straight and finish your work in 63,5 cm = 57 rows from the set-up row.

Front

Make in the same way, as back.

Assembly

Make shoulder and sleeve seams to 40 cm long, leave the central 26 cm open for neck-hole. Make 124 chain sts along the initial row of front and back for lower placket and work with 2 x 2 rib between selvage sts, start and finish with 2 purls in the 1^st WS row. Bind off all the sts as they face at 6 cm width of placket. For sleeve plackets, cast on 58 sts along the edge of each sleeve and work with 2 x 2 rib between selvage sts. At 18 cm width of the pattern, bind off the sts as they face. Make side seams, except lower plackets, lower sleeve seams, including sleeve plackets.

Scarf

Make 108 chain sts with Bombolo yarn and crochet hook 5 and circle them in the ring with 1 slip st. Continue work with structured pattern. In 25 cm from the set-up row, finish your work.
