5 buttons with 18 mm diameter.

Used Patterns
Pattern with cables A and B: for placket, work due to the schemes A and B. Make WS rows due to the pattern. In width, make the pattern repeat = 6 sts between arrows d and a or d and c. Make 1st-10th rows x once, then, repeat 5th-10th rows.
Relief patterns with cables A and B: due to the schemes A and B. Make WS rows due to the pattern. Make the pattern repeat = 18 sts between arrows a and b, repeat 11th-14th rows.
Stitches control: 26 sts x 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Back
Cast on 122 (134) sts with knitting needles 3. For placket, make 20 cm = 64 rows of pattern with cables A, make pattern repeat between selvage sts x 20 (22) times. Then, transfer the sts to knitting needles 3,5 and work with relief pattern with cable A in the following way: 1 selvage st, (6 sts between arrows d and a), 6 pattern repeats = 108 sts, 12 (18) sts between arrows b and c (e), 1 selvage st. In 18 cm – 58 rows from the end of placket, bind off 4 sts from both sides for arm-holes, then, 1 x 3 sts, 2 x 2 sts, 1 x 1 st in every 2nd row = 98 (110) sts. In 13 (14) cm = 40 (44) rows from the beginning of arm-holes, divide your work for back neck-hole and finish both sides separately. In 6 cm = 20 rows from the beginning of neck-hole, bind off the rest 49 (55) sts of shoulder. Make another side in symmetry.
Left Front
Cast on 62 (68) sts with knitting needles 3. For placket, make 20 cm = 64 rows of pattern with cables B, make pattern repeat x 10 (11) times between selvage sts. Then, transfer the sts to knitting needles 3,5 and work with relief pattern with rib B in the following way: 1 selvage st, 6 (12) sts between arrows c (d) and a, 3 pattern repeats = 54 sts. Make arm-hole from the right side at the height of back = 50 (56) sts. Bind off the sts of shoulder at the height of back.
Right Front
Make in symmetry to the left front.
Sleeves
Cast on 62 sts with knitting needles 3. For placket, make 14 cm = 46 rows with pattern with cables A, make pattern repeat x 10 times between selvage sts. Then, transfer the sts to knitting needles 3,5 and work with relief pattern with rib A in the following way: 1 selvage st, 6 sts between arrows d and a, 3 pattern repeats = 54 sts, 1 selvage st. Increase 1 st in the 7th row from both sides from the end of placket, then, 9 (0) x 1 st in every 8th row and 3 (15) x 1 st in every 6th row = 88 (94) sts. Include the increased sts in relief pattern with rib. In 33 cm = 106 rows from the end of the placket, bind off 3 sts for sleeve caps from both sides, then, 1 x 2 sts, 17 x 1 st, 1 x 2 sts, 1 x 3 sts and 1 x 4 sts in every 2nd row. Bind off the rest 26 (32) sts in the next row.
Assembly
Make all the seams. Fasten the vertical edges of front and back neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of “shrimp stitch”, make 5 button-hole of 2 chain sts on the right front. Sew up the sleeves. Sew buttons.
