650 (700)g of Lana Gross Cool Wool Sela yarn in beige color (# 11) (70% merino wool, 30% silk; 140m/50g);
Straight knitting needles 3,5 and 4;
Crochet hook 3.

Used Patterns
1 x 1 rib;
Stockinette stitch: in RS row – knit sts, in WS row – purls;
Pearled pattern: 1 knit st, 1 purl by turn. Replace the pattern to 1 st after every row.
Pattern with cables: due to the scheme, on which only RS rows are stated, make WS rows due to the pattern. Start from the 37th st in width. Increase 12 sts in the 9th row, as stated = 49 sts. Make 1st-24th rows x once, then, repeat 11th-24th rows.
Marked decreases in the beginning of row: make knit2tog after the 3rd st;
In the end of row: make broaching (slip 1 knit st, 1 knit st, draw it through the slipped st) before the last 3 sts.
Stitches control: stockinette stitch, knitting needles 4: 23 sts x 33 rows = 10 x 10 cm;
Pattern with cables, knitting needles 4: 35 sts x 33 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Back
Cast on 135 (141) sts with knitting needles 3,5 and make 4 cm = 11 rows of rib for the placket, start with 1 WS row. Then, work with stockinette stitch and knitting needles 4. Make 1 marked decrease in the 11th row from the end of rib, then, 3 x 1 st in every 10th row and 7 x 1 marked decrease in every 8th row = 113 (119) sts. In 33 cm = 108 rows from the finishing of placket, divide the sts in the following way: 1 selvage st 13 (16) sts of stockinette stitch, 37 sts of pattern with cables, 11 sts of pearled pattern, 37 sts of pattern with cables, 13 (16) sts of stockinette stitch, 1 selvage st. After the 9th row from the beginning of pattern with cables, there should be 137 (143) sts on the knitting needles. For further hips rounding, bind off 1 st from both sides in the 25th row from the beginning of pattern with cables and 1 st in the next 24th row, making marked decreases = 133 (139) sts. Then, knit straight. In 25 cm = 82 rows from the beginning of pattern with cables, decrease 10 sts before and after pearled pattern above the stripes of cables, as it’s stated = 113 (119) sts. Starting from the next RS row, continue only the 1st and last stripes of cables on the central 37 sts for the yoke, work with stockinette stitch in the beginning and in the end of row. In 4 cm = 14 rows from the beginning of yoke, bind off 4 sts from both sides for arm-holes, then, 2 x 2 sts and 3 x 1 st in every 2nd row = 91 (97) sts. Then, knit straight. In 17 (18) cm = 58 (60) rows from the beginning of arm-holes, bind off the central 21 sts for the neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 2 x 5 sts in every 2nd row from inwards. In 2 cm = 6 rows from the beginning of neck-hole, bind off the rest 25 (26) sts of shoulder. Make the second part in symmetry to the first one.
Front
Make in the same way, as back, but with V-shape neck-hole. For this, bind off the central st at the same time with the beginning of arm-holes and finish both sides separately. For chamfer, bind off 14 x 1 st in every 2nd row from inwards and 6 x 1 st in every 4th row. Bind off the sts of shoulder in the same way. Make the second part in symmetry to the first one.
Sleeves
Cast on 49 sts with knitting needles 3,5 and make 12 cm = 33 rows of rib for the placket, start with 1 WS row. Then, make stockinette stitch with knitting needles 4. For chamfers, increase 1 st in every 7th (9th) row from the both sides of the end of placket, then, 13 (15) x 1 st in every 6th row and 0 (10) x 1 st in every 6th row = 77 (81) sts. In 35 cm = 116 rows from the end of placket, bind off 3 sts from both sides for sleeve caps, then, 1 x 2 sts, 19 x 1 st, 1 x 2 sts and 1 x 3 sts in every 2nd row. Bind off the rest 19 (23) sts in the next row.
Assembly
Make all the seams. Fasten the neck-hole line with 1 circle row of slip sts. Sew up the sleeves.
