You’ll need:
100g of orange Elastico yarn (96% cotton, 4% polyester; 160m/50g);
100g of the same yarn, but in red color;
100g of the same yarn, but in beige color;
50g of the same yarn, but in brown color;
Knitting needles 4;
Crochet hook 3,5.
Size: S (M) L.
Used Patterns
Relief pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 6 + 1 + 2 selvage sts. Work due to the scheme, on which only RS rows are stated, make WS rows sts and yarn overs as purls. Start with 1 selvage st and sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat and 1 selvage st. Repeat 1st-8th rows.
Stripes order: 24 beige rows, 24 orange rows, 24 red rows, 24 brown rows, 24 red rows, 24 orange rows, 24 beige rows, 24 orange rows, 24 red rows, 24 brown rows, finish with 8 beige rows = totally, 248 rows.
Stitches control: 20 sts x 31 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Back/Front
Cast on 105 (111) 117 sts and work with relief pattern due to the stripes order. In 22,5 cm = 70 rows from the set-up row, bind off 1 st from both sides for better fitting and 9 x 1 st in every 8th row = 85 (91) 97 sts. In 62 cm = 192 rows from the set-up row, bind off the central 21 sts with orange yarn for neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 4 x 1 st in every 2nd row from inwards. At the same time, in 64,5 cm = 200 rows (63 cm = 196 rows) 62 cm = 192 rows from the set-up row, bind off 5 sts from both sides for arm-holes and 3 x 1 st in every 2nd row. In 80 cm = 248 rows from the set-up row, bind off the rest 20 (23) 26 sts of shoulder from each side.
Assembly
Make shoulder and side seams. Fasten neck-hole and arm-holes with 1 circle row of single crochets with beige yarn.
