Instructions
Back
Cast on 90 (98) 106 sts and make 3 cm of rib for the placket, increase 2 sts in the last WS row = 92 (100) 108 sts. After that, divide the sts in the following way: 1 selvage st, 3 (5) 7 sts of stockinette stitch, 19 sts of pattern with leaves, 3 (5) 7 sts of stockinette stitch, 40 sts of central pattern, 3 (5) 7 st of stockinette stitch, 19 sts of pattern with leaves, 3 (5) 7 sts of stockinette stitch, 1 selvage st. In 44,5 cm = 116 rows (47 cm = 122 rows) 49 cm = 128 rows from the placket, bind off the central 38 (40) 42 sts for the neck-hole line and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 3 sts in every 2nd row from inwards. At 46 cm height = 120 rows (48,5 cm = 126 rows) 50,5 cm = 132 rows from the placket, bind off 24 (27) 30 sts from both sides for shoulders.
Front
Make in the same way, as back, but with deeper neck-hole. For this, in 34,5 cm = 90 rows (37 cm = 96 rows) 39 cm = 102 rows from the placket, bind off the central 26 (28) 30 sts and finish both sides separately, for smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 3 sts, 2 x 2 sts, 2 x 1 st in every 2nd row from inwards.
Sleeves
Cast on 34 (42) 46 sts and make 3 cm of rib, increase 5 (7) 11 sts in the last WS row = 39 (49) 57 sts. Then, work with the pattern for sleeves. For sleeve chamfers, starting from the placket, increase 11 x 1 st in every 8th row and every 10th row by turn from both sides (10 x 1 st in every 10th row) 9 x 1 st in every 10th and every 12th rows by turn, include the increased sts in the pattern = 61 (69) 75 sts. In 42,5 cm = 110 rows from the placket, bind off the sts.
Assembly
Make shoulder seams. Cast on 105 (110) 115 sts and work with pattern for the placket with circular knitting needles. Att 3 cm height of placket, make the last 2 sts as purl2tog x 10 (11) 11 times in every 2nd strip of wrong-side pattern, after that, knit the sts due to the pattern. At 5 cm height of placket, decrease the sts in the rest stripes in the same way = 84 (88) 92 sts. At 8 cm height of the placket, bind off the sts due to the pattern. Sew up the sleeves. Make side and sleeve seams.
