Crochet Hearts Border

You’ll need:

4 ply yarn;

Crochet hook 4,25 mm.

Instructions

Round1: Make foundation row or round on prepared item. Sc around edge of prepared item, giving enough ease (loosely enough) in stitches to lay flat and not pucker the cloth.

Round 2: Make the hearts. ‐Slip to join to foundation row and ch up 5.

‐Dc into the base chain –bch‐ (first chain at base of chain 5)

‐Sl into bch

‐Dc into base ch and ch 4

‐Sl to base ch.

‐Sl to same foundation stitch below heart. Heart complete.

Slip stitch 6 along foundation and repeat from the beginning of round 2 around or to the end of the row.

Finish off and weave in tails.
