The quantity of sts is multiple 10.

1^st row: 1 double crochet in the 5^th st from the crochet hook, 1 double crochet in the next 5 sts, turn;

2^nd row: 3 chain sts, 1 double crochet in every crochet;

3^rd row: 9 chain sts, 1 double crochet in the 5^th st, 1 double crochet in the next 4 sts, 1 double crochet in the next crochet, 3 chain sts, skip 2 double crochets, 1 single crochet in the next crochet, 3 chain sts, skip 2 crochets, 1 double crochet in the next crochet, (1 treble crochet in the lower st of the previous row) x 6 times, turn;

4^th row: 3 chain sts, 1 double crochet in the next 6 crochets, 2 chain sts, picot, 2 chain sts, 1 double crochet in the next 7 crochets.

Continue due to the scheme, add 1 pattern repeat from each side.
