You’ll need:

250 (300)g of turquoise Mystik yarn (54% cotton, 46% viscose; 110m/50g);

200 (250)g of green Linova yarn (74% cotton, 26% linen; 100m/50g);

Knitting needles 7.

Note: work in 2 threads of yarn - 1 thread of turquoise and 1 thread of green yarn.

Size: M (L).

Used Patterns

Relief pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 7 + 2 selvage sts. Start and finish every row with 1 selvage st.

1^st and 5^th rows: * 2 purls, 3 knit sts, 2 purls*; repeat from * to *;

2^nd and all WS rows: due to the ornament, yarn overs – as purls;

3^rd row: * 2 purls, 1 broaching (slip 1 knit st, 1 knit st, draw it through the slipped st), 1 yarn over, 1 knit st, 2 purls*; repeat from * to *;

7^th row: * 2 purls, 1 yarn over, 1 broaching, 2 purls*; repeat from * to *.

Repeat 1^st-8^th rows.

Rib: the quantity of sts is multiple 6 + 1 + 2 selvage sts.

RS row: * 2 purls, 3 knit sts, 1 purl*; repeat from * to *, 1 purl.

WS row: due to the ornament.

Decrease 1 st: from the right side: 1 selvage st, 3 knit sts, knit2tog/purl2tog;

From the left side: 1 broaching, 3 knit sts, 1 selvage st.

Stitches control: relief pattern: 12 sts x 18 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

Rib: 12,5 sts x 18 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back/Front

Cast on 72 (79) sts and make 1 WS row of purls (don’t take this row into account). Then, work with relief pattern. In 24,5 cm form the set-up row, make purl2tog between the stripes of relief pattern in the 1^st, 3^rd, 5^th, 7^th and 9^th stripes for better fitting = 64 (74) sts. Repeat these decreases in 29 cm from the set-up row in the rest stripes of purls = 63 (69) sts. In 32 (32,5 cm) from the set-up row, work with rib with 2 threads of turquoise yarn. In 41 (42,5) cm from the set-up row, bind off 2 sts for arm-holes from both sides, then, 6 x 1 st in every 2^nd row, decrease 1 st = 47 (53) sts. In 48 (50,5) cm from the set-up row, bind off the central 13 (19) sts for the neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 6 x 1 st in every 2^nd row, decrease 1 st. In 59 (61,5) cm from the set-up row, bind off the rest 11 sts.
