You’ll need:
1 skein of Cascade Yarns® 220 Superwash® Merino 100% Superwash Merino Wool 100 g (3.5 oz) / 220 yds (200 m) in color #17 (Green Tea);
Circular knitting needles 7;
Yarn needle;
Stitch Marker.
Size: to fit approx. 14" (16", 18", 20", 22") around shown in size 18”.
Stitches control: 20 sts x 28 rows = 4” (10 cm) in stockinette stitch.
Instructions
CO 70 (80, 90, 100, 110) sts.
Being careful not to twist, join in the rnd. PM
Ribbing
Work in [P2, K3] Ribbing for 1.5" (1.5", 2", 2.5", 3").
Pattern Stitch
Rnd 1: *[P2, Sl1, K2, PSSO]; repeat from * to end of rnd.
Rnd 2: *[P2, K1, YO, K1]; repeat from * to end of rnd.
Rnds 3 – 4: *[P2, K3]; repeat from * to end of rnd.
Continue until 5" (5.5", 6", 7", 8") from CO edge.
Start decreases:
Rnd 1: *[P2, K3, P2, K1, K2tog]; repeat from * to end of rnd.
Rnd 2: *[P2, K3, P2, K2tog]; repeat from * to end of rnd.
Rnd 3: *[P2, K3, P1, P2tog]; repeat from * to end of rnd.
Rnd 4: *[P2, K3, P2tog]; repeat from * to end of rnd.
Rnd 5: *[P2, K2, K2tog]; repeat from * to end of rnd.
Rnd 6: *[P2, K1, K2tog]; repeat from * to end of rnd.
Rnd 7: *[P2, K2tog]; repeat from * to end of rnd.
Rnd 8: *[P1, P2tog]; repeat from * to end of rnd.

Finishing
Cut yarn leaving a long tail to use for finishing.
Weave through remaining sts using a yarn needle.
Pull the top closed and secure by weaving in all loose ends.
