You’ll need:
600 (650; 700)g of Antiga yarn (34% polyacryl, 30% polyamide, 18% mohair, 18% wool; 40m/50g) in black color (03114);
Knitting needles 10.
Size: XL (XXL; XXXXL).
Chest circumference: 104 (114; 126) cm.
Used Patterns
Stockinette stitch: in RS row – knit sts, in WS row – purls;
Wrong-side pattern: in RS row – purls, in WS row – knit sts.
Stitches control: 7 (8) sts x 12 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Back
Cast on 40 (44; 48) sts and work with wrong-side pattern. At 56 (54; 53) cm height, bind off 2 (2;3) sts in the beginning of the 2nd row for raglan, 1 st in the beginning of the next 24th (26th; 28th) rows. At 78 cm height, bind off the rest 12 (14; 14) sts for neck-hole.
Left Front
Cast on 22 (24; 26) sts and work with wrong-side pattern. At 50 cm height, cast on 12 sts (start from WS row) from the left side for the collar = 35 (37; 39) sts. Make the first 15 sts of collar with stockinette stitch, the rest 20 (22; 24) sts – with wrong-side pattern. Decrease 1 st in the end of the next RS row for the neck-hole, then, 7 x 1 st in the next 4th row in the following way: knit to the last 17 sts, purl2tog to the end of row. At the same height, as back, make raglan from the opposite side, as for back (start with RS row). At the same height, as back neck-hole, knit the rest 15 sts of collar for 38 (39; 39) cm, then, bind off 5 x 1 st in every row from the left side (start with WS row), transfer the rest 10 sts to the pin.
Right Front
In symmetry to the left front.
Sleeves
Cast on 26 (28; 32) sts and make 7 rows of wrong-side pattern. Increase 1 st in the next row from both sides on the RS, then, 2 x 1 st in the next 6th row = 32 (34; 38) sts. At 22 cm height, make raglan in the same way, as for back. At 44 (46; 47) cm height, bind off the rest 4 sts.
Assembly
Make raglan seams. Sew the sleeves, make side seams. Connect right and left sides of collar with overlap, sew sides to the back-neck and turn the collar.
