Crochet Square Motif
Popcorn (corn stitch) - group of 5 double crochets, which are made from one base st and connect them in the following way: draw the last st through the 1st crochet.
Note
Start new row with 3 sts increase.
How to finish each row? Replace 3 chain st to 1 chain st, 1 half double crochet.
Pattern repeat is 4 times, as you make square.
Starting from 3rd to 11th row crochet 2 double crochets under each chain st.
Starting from 6th row skip 1 double crochet of the previous row (1 st) after the first popcorn and before last.
Circle 6 chain sts in a ring.
