Cast on the even quantity of sts. Make the 1st row: slip selvedge st, * 1 knit st, 1 purl *, repeat from * to * to end of row.

Start the next row due to the scheme. Knit st in the place of knit st, slip st with yarn over in the place of purl. Knit the last selvadge st as purl. Start the 3rd row with slipping the selvedge st, yarn over, purl through first loop. Repeat the actions to end of row. Make the last selvedge st as purl.

In the 4th row, slip selvedge st, at first, then knit sts. New st with 2 yarn overs is knit as purl. Repeat these actions to end of row, finish with purl.

Repeat from the 1st row.
