Materials Needed

Worsted weight acrylic yarn in 2 contrasting colors
Size H8 or 5mm aluminum crochet hook
Large hair elastic 1½" diam
Yarn needle for weaving in ends.

Yarn Thickness: 4mm
Gauge: 4dc=1"
Finished Size: 4" diam
Skill Level: Beginner

Instructions

RND 1: Join first color on elastic ring. Sc in ring. Ch5. *Sc in ring. Ch5. Repeat from * 7 times more. Join w/slst to first sc.

RND 2: Slst into first ch5 lp. Work the following in each ch5 lp around. Sc, ch2, 3dc, picot, 3dc, ch2, sc. Join w/slst to first sc. Fasten off and weave ends into back of work.

Turn work over and join contrasting yarn onto elastic ring between any of the sc. Repeat as for the first 2 rounds putting 1 sc bet each sc around.
