Blue Roses From Satin Laces
You'll need:
thread and needle;
satin lace;
scissors.
Instructions
To get a medium-sized flower, take a piece of lace at least 125 cm long.
Sew the bent upper corner to the base of the strip with two regular stitches.
Once the corner is sewn, start folding the lace, straightening the edge, into a roll. Turnovers must be made at least five. Fasten your "cone" with stitches in order not to loose its shape.
Bend the edge of the tape at a tight angle, wrap the end around the formed bud. This allows you to get voluminous and beautiful petals. To make the rose neat, the folded ribbon is sewn after every 5-6 turns.
At the final stage, bend the edge of the lace with a corner and sew.
