Yarn: 4 balls of Cannon thread (two strand held together) color yellow or your desired color, 375 - 380 yards.
The thread I used here is a local thread #8 (two strands held together). You may substitute it by using Aunt Lydia's #10 (two strands held together) or Aunt Lydia's #3

Lacy Bolero Instructions:
The stitch I used in this bolero is the same as the stitch I used in our Lacy Scarf.
You may check the Lacy Scarf photo tutorial to familiarize the stitches from Row 1- Row 6.
Row 1: Chain 78, sc in 9th ch from hook, ch3, sk 2ch, sc in next ch, (ch7, sk 4ch, sc in next ch, ch3, sk 2ch, sc in next ch,) 8 times, ch2, sk next ch, dc in last ch.
Row 2: Ch1, turn, sc in the same st, ch3, sk 2ch sp, 4dc in next 3ch sp, (ch3, sc in next 7ch sp, ch3, 4dc in next 3ch sp) 8 times, ch3, skip 2ch of next loop, sc in next ch.
Row 3: Ch3, turn, sc in next 3ch sp, ch7, sk 4dc, sc in next 3ch sp, (ch3, sc in next 3ch sp, ch7, sk 4dc, sc in next 3ch sp) 8 times, ch1, hdc in last sc.

Row 34: Ch1, turn, sc in the same st, ch3, sk 2ch sp, 4dc in next 3ch sp, (ch3, sc in next 7ch sp, ch3, 4dc in next 3ch sp) 3 times, ch3, skip 2ch of next loop, sc in next ch.
Row 35: Ch3, turn, sc in next 3ch sp, ch7, sk 4dc, sc in next 3ch sp, (ch3, sc in next 3ch sp, ch7, sk 4dc, sc in next 3ch sp) 3 times, ch1, hdc in last sc.

Row 36: Ch3, turn, dc in the same st, ch3, sk next 1ch sp, sc in next 7ch sp, ch3, (4dc in next 3ch sp, ch3, sc in next 7ch sp, ch3) 3 times, 2dc in last 3ch sp.

Row 37-64: Repeat row 33-36
2nd Half Front Panel: Go back to the back panel in the middle, on the 4 dc group, sk 2 dc, attach the yarn in 3rd dc as shown on picture below,
Row 33-64: Repeat row 33 -36 of 1st half front panel. (no need to turn on 1st row)
Side Closing
Fold the panel, at the wrong side, (make sure to compare it with the other side to make sure they match) crochet together using these stitches
ch1, sc in the same st, *ch1, sk next st, sc in next st, rep* across

OR you may use tapestry needle and sew the sides together OR whichever you may want how you sew it together.

Sleeves Edging:
Round 1: Attach thread in joint st in the armpit, ch1, sc in the same st, ch1, (sk next st, sc in next st, ch1) around, sl st in 1st sc.
Round 2-3: Ch1, sc in next 1ch sp, ch1, (sk next sc, sc in next 1ch sp, ch1) around, sl st in 1st sc.
In the other sleeve, make sure to compare it with the other sleeve that they have the same round 1 total sc.
Body Edging:
Repeat round 1-3 sleeves edging but having a string on front corner, enough to make a knot and a ribbon, my string is chain 45, then flower ([ch 5, sl st] 3 times, in the same st) on the end, then, *ch1, sk next ch, sc in next ch, rep* across.
