Back
At first, make fringe due to the scheme 1, you’ll need 12 festoons. Then, make 1 row of double crochets in the same length, as fringe in the following way: 3 double crochets in every arch of 3 chain sts, fillet pattern due to the scheme 2 (14 rows) and turn to the main pattern due to the scheme 3. At 58 cm height of the main pattern, leave the central 3 stripes of the main pattern for neck-hole and finish with 2 rows of the main pattern from both sides.
Front
Make in the same way, as back. Lace fringe consists of 6 festoons. At 31 cm height of the main pattern, start making vertical gore due to the scheme 4 to form V-shape neck-hole.
Assembly
Sew shoulder and side seams. Fasten vest with 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of “shrimp stitch”.
it's a beautiful vest. I may try this one.
I need written pattern instructions with english American terms. I find the scheme hard to interpret
Me too.
Did you ever get the written pattern?
Some patterns have more detailed written instructions, some of them — have schemes, I always try to combine such patterns.
As there are many professionals among our users, I think, that someone may help you, if you ask
No, I didn’t. I was going to try to interpret the instructions anyway, but the pattern says XXL -XXL an I take a small so it would be a waste of time and energy for me.
Would love to make this but I need it written in English instruction. I haven't done this time of instruction and too old to start now.
Beautiful~~~
I love this vest. I would like to crochet it, but would also need it in written English Instruction in a small or medium size.
Thank you, Diane
I really want to make this beautiful vest, however I prefer a written pattern.
Did anyone every get an English American interpretation of this pattern
If you tell me the terms, that aren't clear for you, I'll try to help.
Different sources, where I get patterns have different «language», that's why some terms can be not so clear
Thank you Susan. But I would also need a different size in this pattern as I take a small and it only has instructions for XXL
