Sl st around back post of next. Ch 9. Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each of next 7. *BP Sl st around next 2 sts and turn. Skip sl sts. Working in the BLO, sc in each of next 8. Ch 1 and turn. Working in BLO, sc in each of next 8. Repeat from * around. Turn hat inside out. Working from outer edge, sl st last row and starting chain together to join cuff. Fasten off and weave in ends.
